This course will provide students all 75 hours required in pre- license training, VIRTUALLY or IN-PERSON, to prepare for the Illinois Real Estate Broker exam & National Real Estate exam. It meets M-F 8:30 am-4:00pm
You will learn all of the recent legislative changes and new practices in Illinois, and it will include complete coverage of popular topics. It is based on the Modern Real Estate Practices book. This will qualify you to sit for the exams and provide a solid foundation for a real estate career. This course not only prepares students for the licensing exam, but also lays a solid foundation for a career in real estate. Includes all books and materials.
