As Business Development Director, Danielle works to build and strengthen the relationships that help Bloomington-Normal thrive as a destination for meetings, events, sporting competitions, and group travel. Through partnerships with community stakeholders, hospitality partners, industry organizations, and local leaders, she helps create opportunities that bring visitors to the community while supporting long-term economic impact.
For planners, Danielle serves as a strategic resource and advocate, connecting organizations with the people, venues, and community partners needed to create successful events. Her focus on collaboration and relationship-building helps ensure every event benefits from strong local support and a destination committed to delivering exceptional experiences.

Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, I serve as a primary point of contact for meeting planners, event organizers, and group tour operators exploring Bloomington-Normal for their next event or group experience. From the initial conversation through event execution, I work closely with clients and local hospitality partners to help simplify the planning process and create a seamless experience.
My role includes connecting planners with the right hotels, venues, and community resources, managing leads and client relationships, and providing ongoing support throughout the planning journey. Whether coordinating accommodations, sharing local recommendations, or helping navigate logistics, I am committed to ensuring every planner feels supported and every visitor experiences the welcoming hospitality that defines Bloomington-Normal.
