The Art of Imagination with Gen Zamling

There is no more powerful creative force than our imagination. The most beautiful masterpieces, innovative technologies, and transformative spiritual experiences begin in the imagination. Buddha famously taught many practical methods to harness the creative power of our imagination through meditation to solve our daily problems of anxiety and frustration and awaken our boundless inner potential for greater love, wisdom, and patience.

This special evening will include an inspiring talk and guided meditation with Gen Kelsang Zamling, ordained Buddhist monk and meditation teacher at KMC Chicago. With over 20 years’ experience, he has taught extensively in the US and the United Kingdom, and demonstrates through his own example the transformative power of meditation and spiritual practice.
