Looking for a refreshing start to your day? Join us for an invigorating yoga session amidst nature’s serene beauty. You won’t regret it!
Carmen Champion E-RYT 500, is the Owner and Director of Main Street Yoga. will be leading our morning yoga. If you take a class from Carmen, you will find that she tends to focus a lot of her language around the muscles of the body and how they affect your body and your movement. You will learn each of the muscle’s role in a posture and how to strengthen and lengthen each one. Carmen strives to educate and empower students by using each class as an opportunity to learn about themselves
Just walk-in and pay $10 at the door to kick-start your morning with a boost of energy. We are looking forward to seeing you there. After the yoga session, A free farm tour will follow. The shop will open from 10am to 3pm after the yoga session has finished.
